  • Vegan Eggplant Parmesan with a roasted tomato basil sauce, served with garlic toast
  • Asiago Porcini Ravioli (vegetarian) with a tomato herb cream sauce, served with asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, and shiitake mushroom
